My 12-month plan
1. Content — bilingual technical articles (.NET, Azure, AI) at a sustainable cadence. 2. Contributions — PRs to OSS projects I use daily; well-documented issues. 3. Talks — local meetups first; regional CFPs after 2–3 rehearsed sessions.
How I track progress
Simple table: month, published artifact, feedback received, next step. I avoid vanity metrics (likes) and prioritize real conversations — blog questions, open issues, occasional mentoring.
The goal isn’t “win the title”; it’s to be useful repeatedly. The title tends to follow.
